Working tool
The tool that helps me be a more effective Support Rep is I love being able to solve customer issues in real time by getting remote access to their computer and troubleshooting whatever problem they’re experiencing with our service. The software is fast and easy for customers to install, which makes lives simpler on both ends.

I really enjoy video games. Although I don’t have the time to play as much as I would like, I’m always looking for classic games to play on the go and am currently enjoying Madden Mobile on my iPhone. I loved the Madden franchise from back in the PlayStation 2 days, but Madden Mobile is so much more fun. It gives you more features, like the ability to buy and sell player cards to upgrade your team. Once my team is upgraded I like to go head-to-head against my friends.

General resource

One app that I’m constantly using just to keep up to date with news from tech, social media, business and entertainment is Mashable. It has some cool random articles that are great conversation starters. I always learn something really interesting whenever I’m in this app.
