At Hightail, we aim to work where you work. We believe that you should be able to access and edit your files from anywhere, using the tools you already love. That’s why we are excited to announce a new partnership between Hightail and CloudOn.

CloudOn is an award-winning productivity app that lets you review, edit and create Microsoft Office documents on your mobile phone or tablet. The app has more than five million users across 59 countries and is rated the the iTunes App Store’s #1 productivity app in 117 countries.

UntitledThis new integration allows you to view your Hightail folders in the CloudOn app so you can easily access and edit your Office files when you’re on the go. Once you’ve saved your changes, the new version will be instantly available to share using your Hightail desktop and mobile apps, as well as at www.hightail.com.

To celebrate this exciting new partnership, CloudOn is giving Hightail users a free subscription of CloudOn Pro until December 31st, 2013. The CloudOn Pro service includes great features like track changes and spell check in Word, inserting smart art within PowerPoint and inserting tables and filtering data in Excel. Simply connect CloudOn to your Hightail account and your free trial will start automatically.

fantastic news! CloudOn is a great app, and Hightail is my go to for all content sharing – its the best of both worlds now. I was using my iPad/iPhone primarily for viewing content, now I can use both for creation and manipulation within Hightail – awesome.
