That’s why we built Hightail for Outlook (Beta) — a powerful, seamless way to bring Hightail to your inbox every day. Our newest add-in gives you the ability to keep your workflow in Outlook. You can quickly access files, send and receive large attachments, and share your folders without ever leaving your inbox. We think this will make you more efficient than ever. Here are some of our new features:
- Quickly preview and access Hightail files and folders within Outlook.
- Easily send large files (that couldn’t normally be sent over email). When you click Send, the email message will go straight to the recipient with a link to download the file from Hightail. You can even attach entire folders to an email as a zipped attachment.
- Share files and folders with your contacts from your Outlook address book. Work faster and more efficiently by staying in your inbox and never breaking your workflow.
- Store incoming email attachments in your Hightail folders. This makes it easier for you to manage and search for important files when you need them. Bonus: Because fewer attachments pass through your Exchange server, your email system works faster!
The beauty of Hightail for Outlook (Beta) is that when you finally do leave your inbox, the attachments from your inbox will be available wherever else you have Hightail. This means you can access all those files and folders on your desktop, the web, your phone or tablet. The add-in is available for anyone with Windows 7 or higher and Outlook 2010 or 2013 (32-bit).
